Early Bird Registration Opens

Credit Card Payments

• Credit cards are accepted during online registration
• Standard processing fees will apply

Check Payments

Families choosing to pay by check should submit two (2) separate checks:

• Registration Fee Check
• $500 Volunteer Deposit Check

Checks should be made payable to Royal Brook Rays Swim Team and dropped off at: 5806 Splitting Willow Court, Porter, TX 77365

Please label checks with your swimmer’s name.

Zelle Payments (Full Payment)

Families choosing to pay via Zelle should complete the following:

• Make Registration fee payment via Zelle
• Submit a $500 volunteer deposit check

Please include your swimmer’s name and “Registration” in the memo line.

Volunteer deposit checks should be made payable to Royal Brook Rays Swim Team and dropped off at: 5806 Splitting Willow Court, Porter, TX 77365

Payment Plan Option (Zelle Only)

Families selecting the payment plan should complete the following:

• Make Installment Payments of the Registration Fee using Zelle
• Submit a $500 volunteer deposit check

⚠️ Important Payment Deadline

Regardless of payment method, all registration fees must be paid in full before swimmers are permitted to get in the water. Swimmers may not participate in Rookie Camp, practices, or meets until full payment has been received.
